Yes you heard me.
I was just wondering what cam-program you use when youvid something from the sreen, like dropparties, stakes or maybe Pk-trips.
Well, I've tried Camtasia Studio, couldn't find out how to turn from the .camtasia prject file into another.
Hyper Cam(from Hyperionics) Works, but my computer laggs like dang when I use it, so pk trips or staking is definitely a NO. And the |UnregisteredHypercam| on the top-left is sooo annoying.
Please people, give me some good suggestions. I can DL anything=P

Just wanted to let you all know that if you heard ofsomething, not necessarily used it, you can post that too. I would love some response on this one...

EDIT: I've made a few LineRider-videos on youtube, just search for "Ibk Nissan17", well if you know how to make the movies go in the right speed that would be apreciated:)

you know, to stop the lag, you could just upgrade your ram if you have the money, just a thought

Well, you'd better tell me on MSN how to turn it into a .avi-file or something like that, I hate those .camtasiaproject files:P. Couldn't open them with Windows Movie Maker...

Ok I did all that, just didn't know I had to make it into an .avi file. Made it into the best for internet sharing but only got a folder with weirdo files.

However I found out how to do and here it is:
1 Catch the video with the camtasia recorder.
2 Add the video file to the bars at the bottom of the camtasia program.
3 Add audio files and text files if you want
4 When all files are added, click: "Produce Video As" and choose custom file.
5 Click on the icon for the .wmv (For Windows Media Player) file.

Think that's all. Note that this is what I used to put up on YOUTUBE, don't know if all video sites uses the same system.


If you got a file that was like 190MB in .avi format you can compress it through WMM (Windows Movie Maker) and during that process it will also change into a .wmv-file. To compress an .avi-file just open the .avi-file in WMM, no compress button:P
