These are all strictly merching ideas (no skill combination) You might buy a couple of cheap rune sets, and re-sell for 10-20k more ea. This is how I started merching (I've seen rune sets spread from 170k to 225k), and soon enough you'll be doing torag's sets or whips. takes patience, but fastest way i've found to make money by strict merching.
A little less risky is to monitor forums for bowstrings and buy small (<2k) lots at 160 ea or less, then sell for 175 or more. It's also possible to get good deals on world 2 (keep resorting the world list by descending world order until 2 is available) and go to fally gardens and east bank. Turn public chat to hide, and announce what you are buying or selling. You will see mod chats and trade offers only. This is good for "accumulating" larger amounts of hard to find items that forum posters will pay a premium for. Herblore ingredients, for one. Good luck; I'm not an expert at merching, but I've made some money doing it. Feel free to add me if you have any questions or if there's anything I can do to help you. There are *lots* of other ways to make money merching - not just these.

One last thought (I couldn't resist) is to buy ess and run nats. Good way to earn and almost no risk. Don't pay any more than 100 per ess - be patient and try to get it a little cheaper.

I did better without. Most people use Torags armor only with whip or scim as wep.

The million dollar question. Or 2 mil, actually. LOL I haven't done these in a while, but best bet is to search and read all posts with torags in armor on rs2 forums, and visit fally in world 2. You'll get a good idea of the spread (Buy and sell) and many times you can get it a little cheaper on world 2, and resell on forums. A little trick I use is that once I've refresed the World List and see that 2 is available (3 to 4 minutes of sorting, max) I immediately refresh the list on a second page so that if I have to hop from 2, I save a few minutes getting back there. Hope that makes sense - I need sleep... Good luck. Bottom line in merching, don't sell for less than you bought it for, which means you may be holding merchandise for a while. Don't overextend so you get in a situation that requires you to liquidate things at below fair market.

There is no set way you "should" do it. Just be aware of what people always seem to be asking for around banks and asking for on forums. Rune to Barrows worked well for me, and I suspect it will still work for you. Remember though, that Barrows armor prices are a little more volatile than Rune, and you can easily make a mistake that might cost you 200-300k. Don't merch anything you aren't comfortable with, or can't use in the event no one wants to buy. And for GOHers, if you're really having trouble selling something, let me know and I'll help you. Once or twice... =)
