The following outlines our policy and procedures for dealing with problematic clan members:
If you encounter any problems with any users within Runescape or MSN (etc.), big or small, please report it to a Clan Leader immediately. The best way is via a Private Message.
If you encounter a problem with a user via Private Messaging, you will find a "Report" icon in the bottom left of the Private Message. You can click report and that particular Private Message will be passed on to me and I will investigate it respecting privacy.
If you encounter a problem with a user on the Forums, then please click the "Report" icon in the bottom left of the post. This will submit that post to the Clan Leaders for investigation. The post as it stands at that time will be sent to us, so it doesn't matter if they edit it after you have reported it. Obviously, we can't see what the post read prior to you reporting it to us.
